Ike Boruchow is a managing director and senior equity consumer analyst covering retailing, department stores, and specialty softlines. He joins Wells Fargo Securities from Sterne Agee, where he spent three years covering the specialty retail sector focusing on softlines, luxury, and accessories. He earned an MBA in finance from the University of Connecticut and a B.S. in business management from Florida State University.

Jeff Donnelly is a senior analyst in the equity research department's real estate and lodging group at Wells Fargo Securities. Prior to Wells Fargo, he spent seven years at AEW Capital Management, LP, where, as a capital markets officer, he negotiated and closed property sales, securitizations, and financings totaling more than $2 billion. He is a graduate of The George Washington University (GW) and served on the Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis Advisory Board at GW's School of Business.

Chris van Heerden is a managing director and head of the commercial mortgage-backed securities team at Wells Fargo Securities. Prior to joining the structured products research group in 2003, Van Heerden authored research covering euro convertible bonds at Chinatrust Commercial Bank in Taipei. He holds the CFA designation and is admitted to the practice of law in North Carolina.
