Join the Steers Center for Global Real Estate to hear Tom Barrack's perspective on investing in today's volatile real estate market. Barrack is founder and executive chairman of Colony Capital, Inc. and co-chairman of the board of trustees of Colony Starwood Homes. Colony Capital is a leading global real estate and investment management firm headquartered in Los Angeles, California, with 14 offices in 10 countries and more than 300 employees. Barrack’s conversation will be led by Jack Vissicchio (C'88), co-head of Americas Real Estate Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Preceding the discussion is a panel, Real Estate Investing in a Volatile Global Economy, featuring:
- Tom Arnold, head of real estate in the Americas, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority
- Dan Cummings (P'05, P'07), managing director and head of real estate, the Harvard Management Company
- Anthony Orso (P’17), co-chief executive officer and co-founder, Cantor Commercial Real Estate
The panel will be moderated by Matthew Cypher, Atara Kaufman Professor of Real Estate and director of the Steers Center for Global Real Estate.
