Katrina O'Connell
O'Connell is the Chief Finance Officer and senior vice president of strategy, innovation and product operations for Old Navy’s $7 billion, multi-channel apparel business within the Gap Inc. portfolio. She has global responsibility for the brand’s financial performance, portfolio management, innovation, competitive intelligence, and strategic planning. It’s her career evolution during her almost 25 years with Gap Inc., and embracing opportunity at every chance, that has crystalized her professional philosophy of “saying ‘yes’.” O’Connell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
