The Undergraduate Program Office and the Stanton Distinguished Leaders Series are pleased to welcome Chris Lowney, a former Jesuit seminarian who now chairs the board of CHI, one of the nation's largest healthcare systems with more than 100 hospitals. He served as a managing director of J.P. Morgan & Co. in New York, Tokyo, Singapore, and London until leaving the firm in 2001.
Lowney is the author of four books, including the bestselling Heroic Leadership. His latest work is Pope Francis: Why He Leads the Way He Leads.
A graduate of Fordham University, where he also earned an M.A., Lowney has received five honorary doctoral degrees.
