During the 2017 American Marketing Association Symposium for the Marketing of Higher Education this November, we will be discussing the opportunities and challenges of different marketing and communications structures at universities and their schools.
To help inform our presentation, we would like you to fill out a brief survey about how your institution’s marketing and communications operation is organized. Is it a centralized office that manages all marketing and communications across the university? Are your marketing efforts decentralized and handled by each school but your comms efforts are centralized? However your organization is structured, we want to know and will share the collective data at the symposium. Your institution will not be mentioned by name. We are most interested in sharing best practices and discussing the benefits and challenges of the various structures.
