On Friday, February 24, 2012, a team of Georgetown McDonough MBAs won the 15th annual Mid-Atlantic Regional Venture Capital Investment Competition held at the Wharton School of Business. According the venture capitalist judging panel, the Georgetown McDonough team did the best job analyzing business plans, conducting due diligence with entrepreneurs, structuring a term sheet, and negotiating a deal.
