Georgetown Institute for Consumer Research Announces Consumer Insights Challenge Award Winners Older, but Not Always Wiser: Boomers Not Considering Steps to Remain Independent as They Age Global Social Enterprise and Development Fellows Graduate

The Georgetown Institute for Consumer Research at the McDonough School of Business recently announced the winners of its first Consumer Insights Challenge, a research initiative that invites investigators to propose short, survey-based studies to compete for the opportunity to collect data for free from the NPD Group.

Philips and the Global Social Enterprise Initiative at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business released their second study that sheds light on the widening technology innovation gap for aging boomers.

The first class of Global Social Enterprise and Development Fellows graduated this May. The program is a collaboration between Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business and the School of Foreign Service Global Human Development program.

Sailing Between Scylla and Charybdis: The Economics and Law of Net Neutrality Master of Science in Finance Program to Launch August Start Date Startup Hoyas Summer Incubator Hosts 17 Entrepreneurs
On June 16, the Georgetown Center for Business and Public Policy released a new economic policy vignette by executive director John W. Mayo titled “Sailing Between Scylla and Charybdis: The Economics and Law of Net Neutrality.” After the successful launch of the Master of Science in Finance Online program in January 2014, Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business will add an August start date for the program's second cohort.

The Startup Hoyas Summer Launch Program at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business will host 17 entrepreneurial ventures this summer in its startup incubator program.
