Register to attend Georgetown McDonough’s Real Estate Luminaries Series event April 23 in Lohrfink Auditorium for a Conversation with 2014 Real Estate Luminary: Barry Sternlicht, founder, chairman and CEO of the Starwood Capital Group and a panel discussion with real estate investment leaders.

Georgetown McDonough faculty will present the 2014 Faculty Research Showcase on April 22 in Fisher Colloquium from 3 to 5 p.m. The annual showcase provides attendees the opportunity to meet faculty and discuss research over wine and cheese.

Rosetta Stone President and CEO Stephen Swad will speak with students April 3, as part of the Stanton Distinguished Leaders Series. The event, which also is sponsored by the Undergraduate Program Office, will take place in the Hariri Building Fisher Colloquium from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

McDonough Students Take Part in Sophomore Service Project New MBA Course Focuses on Developing Women Leaders Abengoa Senior Leaders Complete Residential Module
For the second year, Georgetown McDonough undergraduate students participated in the Sophomore Service Project, an alternative spring break during which students complete a week of service. This year 11 Georgetown students tutored and mentored students at Cristo Rey High School in Philadelphia, Pa. MBA students at Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business will have the opportunity to look toward the future and consider their own advancement in the job market through a new course titled Developing Women Leaders: Cultivating your Human and Social Capital.

The Office of Executive Education recently delivered a four-day residency for 42 Abengoa employees participating in the Program Director Development Academy (PDDA) Program.

Volunteer for Georgetown McDonough Graduate Alumni Reunion 2014 (October 3–4) 
We are looking for class volunteers to help plan Georgetown McDonough's 2014 Graduate Alumni Reunion from the classes celebrating their milestone graduation anniversary: MBA: 1984, 1989, 1994, 1999, 2004, 2009; MBA-EP: 2009; EMBA: 1999, 2004, 2009; GEMBA: 2009; and EML: 2009. It is a great way to be in service to your alma mater and have an active voice in the type of programming you would like to see and take part in during reunion.

Undergraduate Reunion Weekend 2014
Join Georgetown McDonough for an intimate reception to catch up with friends and former classmates during Reunion Weekend 2014. Norean R. Sharpe, senior associate dean and director of the undergraduate program, will provide a few updates about the current undergraduate program and what is on the horizon for the business school. The event is free to attend, and cocktails and hors d' oeuvres will be served.
